Self-contained, so nothing runs from your house. We collect your pet at the door and get started.

INSIDE THE VAN

A 40-gallon fresh tank and an onboard generator. We never run a hose or a cord into your home.
Temperature-controlled water and a recirculating massage bath that reaches the undercoat without scalding.
Hydraulic, so nobody gets lifted awkwardly, with a safety loop that is never left unattended.
Heated in winter, air conditioned in summer. No cage dryers — we hand-dry every pet.
Your pet is the only animal in the van. No crates, no waiting, no barking neighbours.
Table, tub and tools are cleaned down after every single appointment, not at the end of the day.

YES, CATS TOO
Most mobile groomers say “and cats” and mean it as an afterthought. A third of our appointments are cats.
Not by us, and we don't ask you to have it done. If a cat says no, we stop and rebook.
Cat appointments only go to Elena, who is a Certified Feline Master Groomer.
The van is cleaned down and dog-free before a cat appointment. No barking, no scent.

We cover the Bay Area — roughly a 25-mile radius from San Jose. If you're just outside it, ask anyway; we can usually make it work with a small travel fee.
We park at your curb or driveway. The van is fully self-contained with its own water, power and heating, so we never need to run cords or hoses from your home.
A Bath & Brush runs 60–75 minutes, a Full Groom 90–120 minutes, and Spa Deluxe about two hours. Because it's one-on-one, there's no cage time on either end.
Yes — about a third of our appointments are cats, and they only go to our Certified Feline Master Groomer. There's a full breakdown of what a cat groom includes further up the page.
Dogs need current rabies and DHPP; cats need rabies and FVRCP. We'll ask for your vet's name at booking and won't turn anyone away for paperwork on the day — just tell us in advance if a booster is overdue.
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. Tell us about arthritis, heart conditions, deafness, or past bad experiences when you request a quote. We work in shorter stints, skip the dryer if needed, and stop entirely if your pet is distressed — you'll never be charged full price for a groom we couldn't finish.
Matting is painful and can hide skin damage underneath. We de-mat where it's safe to do so, but severe matting has to be shaved — brushing it out would hurt more. We always call you with the plan and the price before we start, never after.
Free changes up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the service, since the van and the window are held for you.
Payment is taken at the end of the session — card, Apple Pay or cash. Tips are optional and go entirely to your groomer.
